Love this gym! Finally was able to make way out to this gym in September and have been in love with it since! Definitely gym you want to check out if your a fan of a hard-core training environment and great equipment. Do yourself a favor and stop by this gym!

A real-deal iron gym and fight gym in one location. I visited here to train with retired MMA world champion, Antonio McKee, and I couldn't have felt more welcome from the front desk to the training mat. I liked that the lockers had the automated combination system so you don't need to bring a lock of your own. If you are serious about lifting, getting fit, or getting fight-ready then this place is for you.

Such a sick gym! The vibe here is on point, if you want a hardcore gym to get your lift on this is the place to go. The staff and members all were super friendly but the music and atmosphere kept you in the zone. Cannot wait to go back!

It’s a raw, high-intensity environment with top-tier equipment and a community that actually motivates you to get stronger. A huge shoutout to the owner, Eddie, who is hands-down the coolest guy in the industry. He’s created an incredible culture here—half the time he’s jumping on the decks spinning house/DnB sets that keep the energy through the roof. He genuinely cares about the members and makes everyone feel like family. Best gym in SoCal, period."
